Thanks to MagStar, today it is a straightforward task to cool over 8 batches per hour of U-PVC from 120°C to 40°C.

The new water circuit design increases cooling efficiency enabling a significant increase in the productivity of the cooler and, therefore, the mixing plant.

The new cooling interspace can withstand a working pressure of 2.5 bar, a typical pressure of factory closed circuit chillers. This, in addition to increasing the efficiency of heat exchange, solves many critical issues typical of closed circuit chillers.

• The range of coolers used for this combination, can be applied to any type of turbomixer and this is the ideal solution for all manufacturing needs in the field of rigid or plasticized PVC dry-blend.

• This cooler is built entirely of stainless steel as regards the parts in contact with the material, double jacket for circulation of cooling water.

• MagStar specially designed the temperature point in the pot to directly contact the material to prevent the material from running below the set temperature. This ensures product quality, increased production flexibility, safety and reliability.

• Available with capacities from 1000 up to 8.500 lt., the cooler stands out for its great and proven cooling efficiency, allowing excellent throughput and high standards of quality.

• Improved cooling efficiency: rigid PVC (profile) 120 – 40°C, 8batchs/hour.

• First, power consume is key point of plastic mixer unit, in normal, manufacturers always offer two type of mixer units to you as options, one type is double speed motor , another one type is single speed motor with inverter . • Second, we should check the the wall of the high speed mixer barrel is made of 8mm SUS304 stainless steel and with fine polishing, and the cover should be casting alumimum.

• The vessel lid can be supplied in different configurations; the internal surfaces are in stainless steel; the closure plug, is operated by a pneumatic cylinder and is adapted to fit the internal shape of the vessel

• Main shaft bearing and cover should be double sealed for there is no material dusty leakage.
